Program Qualifications:
Stable residence and employment for six months
Must have a minimum income of $42,000 annually
Complete Financial Literacy Education needed to succeed as a Future Homeowner
Have less than 50% Debt-to-Income ratio

Introduces fundamental concepts of investing, its purpose, types, and how it fits into personal financial planning. This class does not provide investment advice or recommendations.

A class designed to provide individuals with an understanding of borrowing practices, credit management, and debt strategies.

Spending, Savings and Banking
To equip individuals with the knowledge and tools to manage their income, control spending, build savings, and use banking services effectively to support financial well-being.

Financial Behaviors
To help individuals understand their financial attitudes, habits, and mindsets, and to develop healthier behaviors that support long-term financial wellness.

Home Maintenance
To educate homeowners on basic maintenance responsibilities and preventive care for key home systems, helping preserve the safety, efficiency, and value of their homes.

A class designed to assist families in maintaining a safe and vibrant community.
