Senior Director of ReStores
Under the direction of the CFO, the Senior Director of ReStores is a Servant Leader. He or she serves as the leader of the ReStore Team and is a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Agency Leadership Team (ALT). Broadly speaking, he or she is responsible for all aspects of ReStore Operations, which include providing strategic and operational leadership, including budget creation and adherence and net store revenue for the ReStores.

ReStore Associate - General Labor
Arlington ReStore
Under the direction of the ReStore Director, the ReStore Associate – General Labor is an agency Problem Solver. Broadly speaking, he or she is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of a building and its surrounding grounds. Additional responsibilities include assisting with stocking materials on the sales floor, unloading donations, and helping customers load their vehicle when necessary.

ReStore Associate - Driver
Under the direction of the Lead ReStore Driver, the ReStore Associate/Driver is an agency Problem Solver. Broadly speaking he or she has responsibility for the daily transportation of materials from donors to the ReStores.

ReStore Associate - Stocker
Multiple ReStore Locations
Under the direction of the ReStore Manager, the ReStore Associate/Stocker is an agency Problem Solver. Broadly speaking he or she has responsibility for ringing-up customers in a timely and accurate manner, while providing friendly and courteous service to ReStore customers. Additionally, he/she performs data entry as needed and maintains the ReStore donor database.

Solicitations Manager
Construction Team, Main Office
Under the direction of the Senior Director of Construction, the Construction Solicitation Manager is responsible for bringing donated/ln-kind (IK), bulk and/or reduced priced materials to the Construction Department. This is accomplished by continually searching out new donors and maintaining relationships with prior donors. Donors are contacted through a mixture of telephone calls, E-mail, direct mail, in-person meetings, and personal calls.

Donation Team Dispatch Coordinator
ReStore Team
Under the direction of the ReStore Donation Director, the ReStore Donation Team Dispatch Coordinator is an agency Problem Solver. The position is responsible for the day-to-day coordination, scheduling, communication, and administrative support functions of the ReStore Donation Team.
The Dispatch Coordinator ensures donation pickups are scheduled efficiently, drivers have complete route information, donor expectations are clearly communicated, and pickup-related systems remain accurate and current. This position serves as the coordination hub among donors, drivers, ReStore locations, and the Donation Director. From time to time, as needed, this position would also serve as a back-up driver should the need arise.
