Counseling Questionnaire

Before You Begin

Please note: This is not an application for the Habitat program.

To submit your Counseling Questionnaire, a non-refundable processing fee is required:

  • $30 for individual applicants

  • $55 for joint applicants (two people)

By submitting this questionnaire, you are authorizing Trinity Habitat for Humanity to perform a soft credit inquiry. If your credit reports are frozen with Experian, TransUnion, or Equifax, you must lift the freeze before submission. Failure to do so may delay the review process and could result in additional charges at the applicant’s expense.
